As of 1 January 2024, the following VAT rates will revert to their levels prior to 1 January 2023:

● Standard rate: 17% (16% during 2023)
● Intermediate rate: 14% (13% during 2023); rate applying to the supply of goods and services referred to in Annex C of the amended law of 12 February 1979 on value added tax;
● Reduced rate: 8% (7% during 2023); rate applicable to the supply of goods and services referred to in Annex A of the amended law of 12 February 1979 concerning value added tax.
